Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his father's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
