History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
