History: Born in the south to a Map Maker, Aldous learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Map Maker. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his father's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
