History: Nicholas was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
