Bertram Soames, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a green vest and prefers brown and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and he perpetually has his quarterstaff ready. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
Ideals: Fighting, Philantrophist. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Nature, Military. Occupation: Scribe
