History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. During his travels, Bernard and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Bernard discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Bernard fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Rolf enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

History: Charles was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gifted student he started as a Blacksmith, but he got bored and became a Architect. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a Gardener, his father struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern
