History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Banker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Shane was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Thomas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thomas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Anselm learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

History: Robert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to reunite with his old friends
