Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He uses divination through singing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Tim took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Bertram was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mercenary. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
