Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He wears his red hair down. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Conrad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bookbinder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Percival was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against orcs
