Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Hubert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
