History: He comes from a rich western family. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He struck the Mortician job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Odo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Don alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
