History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright mother left him crippled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Through the years after Peter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Peter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
