History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Diggory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Barber. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
