History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Adelard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
