History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spy for the past few years.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lewis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he wants to get laid

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Simon was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
