Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the west to a Weaver, Anselm learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster.
