History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Painter, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Painter again; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Chad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Chad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it
