Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He carries with him a set of swords on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Heward isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in the west. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman mother left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has wavy brown hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
