Personality: Roland is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
