History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Godfrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Lewis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Druid, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Lewis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: This malnourished man wears dull black sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sword, just in case. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Alexandre was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His childhood dream was to be a Beggar, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
