Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears long strands of topaz and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, marred by chocolates. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Merchant does, and is pretty ugly. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are gray.

Personality: Nicholas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the north to a Merchant, Nicholas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He stands about 5'4" and wears a violet shirt, with a black mid length shorts with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He carries with him a set of lances, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his blonde hair up. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fisher born in the past three hundred years. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fisher. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality
