Through the years after Randal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Randal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He struck the Servant job and began his own company from there.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
