Godfrey Carlisle, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair is braided into rings. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Godfrey isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Godfrey lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Rolf Chester, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Rolf took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
