History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
