Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
