Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Theodoric was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Theodoric was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Slave Trader. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.
