Personality: Hugh is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Stableman. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stableman for the past few years.
