History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Theobald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor
