Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. During his travels, Gerard and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gerard discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gerard fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
