Theobald Emsworth, Male Human [Permalink]

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

Trym Emsworth, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Trym is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the west
Ideals: Entrepeneur, Fighting, Justice. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Poor. Occupation: Performer

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Charles Ainsworth, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the south to a Roofer, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Charles abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Map Maker mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
