History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Mortician job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
