Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He takes great joy in being the best Mercenary in town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Flaws: Shy, Forgetful. Bonds: Poor, Attractive, Mentor. Occupation: Baker
