Description: 5'8" and muscular, this southern man wears baggy grey pantaloons and a tan scarf. He has wavy chestnut hair. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears tattered old clothes. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, John's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
