Miles Van Es, Male Human [Permalink]

Description: This late middle aged man very much looks the part of a Engraver and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Solomon Beckwith, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is dressed in an above average manner. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Solomon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Solomon and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Robert Heiser, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Miller. The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Robert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has achieved small success as a Miller.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
Flaws: Depressed. Bonds: Attractive, Immigrant, Job, Military. Occupation: Miller
