History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
