Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and to settle down with his crush

Description: An older man who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is cut short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. Anselm is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Anselm liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
