History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
