History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Jocelyn was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Junk Dealer. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
