His father taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
