Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Conrad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Roofer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Architect like his mother before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
