History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Henry was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Henry abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a simple grey robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Aldous and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His first spouse was a Ruler, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He's in love.
