History: Geoffrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Aldous lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Brewer, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He became a Scribe soon after.
