Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He's in love; and he wants to get laid
