History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He uses divination through singing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Odo studied abroad. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Odo was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and a deep hatred of goblins

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
