History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Junk Dealer. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Richard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
