History: Frederick hails from a village terrorized by drow. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Norman alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Brewer again.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Miles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Miles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
