Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is an amazing painter.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

His hair is long and black with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gerard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Lewis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lewis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
