Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
