History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Guard, but he got bored and became a Barber. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
