Personality: Aldous is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and doesn't want to be a detective and was forced into it by his family

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has wavy black hair. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Engraver does, and is pretty ugly. His hair is short and auburn. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He's also a talented Baker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.
